MASS EXCAVATION

M&C Excavating has the team and equipment needed to provide mass excavation for any job. FINISH GRADING

M&C Excavating has invested in the latest machinery and technology to provide precise and accurate finish grading to our clients. This investment, along with our highly trained and experienced operators, helps ensure that our finish grading capabilities are at, or above, the industry standard. Making sure our client's finished projects are to grade and exactly what they require.

Our in-house GPS staff allows us to create our own grading models, ensuring our clients that our quality will always meet expectations. When a project doesn't require the use of GPS technology, we are able to utilize our skilled operators with years of experience who can really "steal the show." Whether your project requires GPS, or skilled operators, we strive to make your finished product exactly what you envisioned.

Sanitary Sewer Installation

From sanitary lift stations to small sanitary tanks, M&C Excavating has over 20 years of experience in sanitary sewer installation. Working safely, productively, and efficiently, our crews have the knowledge and equipment to ensure your sanitary project runs smoothly and most importantly on-time. Along with installation of new sanitary systems, M&C Excavating also has decades of experience in sanitary repair and maintenance, both emergent and non-emergent. We've been able to assist multiple municipalities when infrastructure has failed. Lastly, in addition to our experience in residential and commercial sanitary systems, we have an extensive history in industrial wastewater infrastructure maintenance, upgrades/replacement, and new system installation.

STORM SEWER INSTALLATION

M&C Excavating was founded, over 25 years ago, as a drainage contractor providing local farmers with solutions in resolving their field drainage problems. During these 25+ years our founder, Mike, and the team at M&C Excavating have become a reliable and dependable source of knowledge for site drainage, and the effects it can have on a site. We understand that proper site drainage is key to the building and maintaining of a project.

Our company offers in-house drainage system design as well as final installation and maintenance. These systems include both simple and complex networks of storm sewer and specialized underground detention systems. Whether it be in pre-construction design or in post construction maintenance, M&C Excavating has the equipment and know how to make sure your project drains properly.

Water Main & Service Installation

While we are experienced in getting your water offsite, we have a great deal of experience bringing it onsite as well. From water mains to fire protection lines to domestic lines and more - we have it handled. We are proud to be listed as a qualified contractor by all providers in the areas we serve. We also have long-standing history and great working relationships with the local water companies and inspectors, due to the quality and efficiency of the work we perform. Site Stabilization

At M&C Excavating, we understand the consequences of delayed schedules, and deadlines not being met. Our soil stabilization services is just one of the ways we can be proactive and work to mitigate potential delays. By utilizing M&C Excavating's in-house soil stabilization service, our clients don't have minimum quantities or the need to wait on third party subcontractors. We utilize our own fleet of trucks to transport materials as well as our own equipment to complete the soil stabilization work, allowing us to mitigate potential compaction and moisture issues that arise during sitework and keep our client's projects on schedule.

Materials Crushing & Processing

M&C Excavating is committed to being good stewards of the environment in which we live and work. One way we have honored our commitment is by recycling and reusing existing materials found onsite. We utilize processing and crushing equipment that allow us to recycle and reuse materials, like concrete and asphalt, from work site demolitions. This material is then repurposed as subgrade material, temporary entrances, crane pads, parking areas, and more. By using recycled products, our clients are able to conserve vvvimported materials, stay on budget, and join M&C Excavating in our commitment of being an ambassador of our environment.

Topsoil Processing & Pulverization

There is an old saying, "they aren't making any more topsoil." In order to fulfill our commitment of being good stewards of the environment, M&C Excavating offers topsoil processing and pulverization services to reuse and recycle excess topsoil from our jobsites. We utilize our own screening and processing equipment to repurpose stripped topsoil that has been exported back to our shop. We are then able to reuse this precious resource on future projects as a top-quality import.

Demolition & Clearing

M & C offers a wide range of demolition and clearing services. Our fleet of equipment includes concrete processors, hydraulic hammers, and metal cutting shears for demolition work, as well as excavators with hydraulic thumbs, hydraulic mulchers, root tillers, and grinders for clearing. We have the right tools and skills for any of your demolition and clearing needs.

Silt Fence & Erosion Control Installation

At M&C we utilize a flow type silt fence machine to ensure the silt fence is kept tight during installation. Our machine also ensures the fence is placed at the correct depth and backfilled properly for erosion control. This is just another way we can be good stewards of our environment.

Technology Services

In today's construction environment, technology plays a vital role in job site quality and efficiency. At M&C we have invested in the latest technologies and training to ensure our customers are receiving the best value. Our technology includes GPS and laser machine control on our excavators and dozers, field mapping and topography services utilizing our lidar and photogrammetry drone, as well as in-house Auto CAD services utilizing the latest software. Our team is committed to making your project as efficient as possible.
